This was my first time using Landing and I have nothing but great things to say! My unit was very clean, the complex was super friendly and safe, and the location was great! Communication was awesome and Alex answered any questions I had. I would use Landing a million times over Airbnb or VRBO in the future. Thank you for everything!!

The apartments are always amazingly clean and the beds are very comfortable. They are in great locations close to restaurants and shopping. The process of transferring is smooth, and support is always helpful when I have a question. Great business, A++

"Terrible Experience in every facet"
Terrible experience dealing with Landing. Management was extremely slow to respond and never resolved issues. I stayed at my location for 3 months and was consistently spending hours trying to resolve my own issues. I paid a premium for a furnished apartment and naively expected just above the bar service...extremely disappointed. If there were less stars I would select them. This review is a warning to any an all potential users of Landing. Dont expect any support or service...
Here is an email I sent to management. They took a week to respond and I moved out without any of the problems being resolved unless I did them.
As a few examples of my frustration and why I would never recommend Landing to anyone is as follows:
I just got my mail key, September 21. That is over a month since I moved in. Your response when I told you I never had a key was “there wasn’t one in the unit?”. It is very clear that nobody inspected or was in this unit before I moved in. The entire complex team here has nothing good to say about landing. I was told by you, “Key is waiting in office, bring your I.d.”. Well I work therefore the only time I can get this key is Saturdays. I showed up. Waited for over an hour as they searched for a key or even a request. It did not exist. So I left and was told to come back to pick it up. I had to wait until the following Saturday, September 21st to pick it up. I also have no ability to get packages delivered into my mailbox because it is a landing mailbox. Amazon, fedex etc will just drop packages on the ground in front of mailbox. This needs to be made clear to anyone staying here that basically mail is off the table.
No internet for half of my first month even though I paid for it a month before arriving. TVs still won’t connect to the internet and are basically worthless until I bought a cord to plug into my computer. I spent HOURS of my time dealing with support. Had zero follow up and no solutions.
I have had to download too many apps and there is no solution for a hard code to get into my unit without downloading yet another app that has zero connection to landing. There is no purpose to a landing app if you need a different app to open your door. Another app to get a code for your door. Another app to open the gate to the complex or any fitness area. Extremely frustrating because the apps are not super reliable. I have to restart and reinstall my Landing app quite regularly as my door wont open.
There was no shower curtain. Again, clearly no inspection before I moved in.
Almost every single knife has rust on them. Other utensils are broken or fall apart.
Broil function does not work on oven and has not worked since I moved in.
I arrived just after 5pm to move in on a Friday. The app did not work and I because it was after 5 I never received a response from you. Therefore I had to spend time with support just to get into my apartment. Multiple times the app has been glitchy and would not let me into the apartment. I then have to delete and re-install the app just to get into my apartment.
It took a week to get gate access to the complex. Multiple times I had to wait to enter or if I was on foot, I had to jump the gates just to get to my unit.
The parking spot was marketed online as a personal spot. This was deceiving and I never got a response from you on a dedicated space. There will be proof in your text thread, but again, zero help or answers...It was “included” with the price and therefore should have been explained that it is a first come basis with no coverage and no guarantee you will even have a spot.
I still am yet to know what is going on with garbage. I currently walk my trash to the main area. However, I was sold that there is Valet Garbage services.
I still have a wasp nest on my patio. It was never followed up with. I voiced and nothing has been done.
The ice machine leaks into the freezer and therefore collects frozen water on the bottom. I told you and nothing has been done.
In summary, I have just given up asking for any sort of service and there is absolutely zero proactivity to solve problems or own problems without me having to spend hours of my time following up or driving solutions. Again, I am paying a premium for this unit, I expect premium, and I am getting absolutely zero. I have spent too much time on hold with support, driving support, or asking for help that never gets resolved. I now have resulted to just not even ask. Honestly, I would move out and cancel my contract today if I knew I would not be forced to pay out the time period I committed to when I thought a premium fee would equal a premium experience. I am an executive getting an extremely subpar experience. Out of pure honor, Landing should refund me for the last month of my stay for such a poor experience.

"Disgusting Landing doesn't take it seriously"
Disgusting - Just walked into my Landing and there is Stains, Food stuck in the carpet, Gummies, and Fruit and pieces of fruit dried up food
No one has cleaned this place, the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever since Landing leased the unit out from the building. This is disguisting.
Stains, hair on the sheets, bath tub - bathroom floor are shining with the light NO ONE CLEANED this place! I had a nightmare situation with Hello Landing before and they just do not care. So much time has passed with no resolution!! They do not care. Do Anything else But Hello Landing. Anything else!

Move in and move out was easy. We had a couple of questions about the property during our stay and they were responsive and got the issues taken care of. I really liked the app and could find answers and/or communicate with the team quite efficiently using that.

"love the clean, luxury, move-in ready, pet-friendly apartments"
I love my new landing apartment in St Louis! This is my 3rd Landing apartment, and I love being able to live in their luxury apartments with great amenities while on my travel nurse assignments in different cities. The only issue I have with my new apartment is that it's listed as a 1 BR, but it's more like a convertible / extended studio because there is no door on the bedroom - I was afraid this might be the case as I looked at the listing because I couldn't SEE a bedroom door in the photos, but I was hoping I was wrong about that - that is the only problem I've had with renting with Landing before seeing a property, and I consider it a minor one & my own fault for not double checking. I do like that Landing has a 7-day trial period, and that I could have looked into switching apartments but this wasn't a huge deal to me this time.

Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to assist me on text and over the phone. All my questions were answered. Very excited to being using landing for my travels. Definitely recommend to any digital nomads!

"Terminate my 6 month Lease after 65 days"
The company decided not to renew the lease of the apartment I lease after I moved in with a 6-month agreement and terminated my apartment after 70 days. Obviously super inconvenient. The apartment is still available through the actual apartment complex at a cheaper rate and Landing wants me to purchase the furniture. Feels very bait and switch. I'd be careful using them for anything more than a couple months.
