"Qualità pessima "

Diversi anni fa comprai un paio color nude ed erano magnifiche … le avevo pagate se ricordo bene attorno ai 80 euro … in data 8 aprile 2025 decido di comprarmi i tacchi per il mio matrimonio… arrivano in ritardo rispetto alla consegna prevista, arrivano sporchi (il raso bianco ha macchie di vari colori sopra) il tacco è traballante, il raso non è tirato perfettamente quindi ha un sacco di difetti che si vedono. Arrivano con un forte odore di colla ! Il packaging è senza “identità “ …insomma fanno schifo rispetto al prezzo 144 euro scontate del 70 invece che 480 … già 144 euro sono tanti ma se avessi pagato 480 euro probabilmente avrei preso un aereo sarei andata sotto la loro azienda e avrei fatto casino … perché tanto per email non ti calcolano !
Vedo se riesco a pubblicare le foto perché credo che neanche i cinesi fanno delle scarpe di m così ! Questa è la mia opinione in merito alla manodopera e alla qualità … quindi non un insulto !

J’ai acheté une paire de bottes chez Identity. Lors de l’essayage, j’ai constaté qu’un clou dépassait dans la chaussure droite. J’ai donc retourné l’article, en demandant un échange et en laissant un petit mot à l’intérieur du colis pour éviter tout risque de blessure.
Quelques semaines plus tard, j’ai reçu exactement les mêmes bottes en retour. Je sais que le colis a été ouvert et traité puisque le mot que j’avais laissé avait disparu. J’ai alors renvoyé la paire à mes frais une seconde fois, en demandant cette fois un remboursement. Depuis, aucune nouvelle.
Résultat : je n’ai plus ni les bottes, ni l’argent.
J’ai tenté d’ouvrir une réclamation auprès de VISA, mais le délai de 30 jours après l’achat était dépassé.
À bon entendeur…

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I ordered two pairs of shoes, and the sizing was wrong. Not only is there no return label or clear instructions, but I was told it would cost $150 just to return them. That’s outrageous. For an online store, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again and definitely can’t recommend it to others.

All my emails were ignored.
I send a pair of boots back and was stuck as customs in Italy cause they refuse to accept the return after a week of receiving the item.
They rejected it so I got it sent back to me.
I’m stuck with a pair of ugly boots I paid €600 that doesn’t fit.
Someone from their customer service called me on WhatsApp being extremely aggressive and he called me a stupid women.
Misogynistic staff extremely rude and unprofessional. He was screaming at me then he blocked me and since then all my emails and calls have been ignored.
I just wanted a refund.
Avoid this site
Cheaply made footwear and you will never be able to send anything back for a refund or exchange. They will just ignore you.

Low quality Chinese level shoes. I buy the same quality shoes from Amazon's Chinese sellers for $38 here in US with a flawless return process.
My guess is that Identita shoes is a Chinese seller that masks as an Italian shoe maker to up the prices 10 times, or an Italian company that resells Chinese cheap shoes for 10X more.
Moreover, they make return/refund process complicated so that you never return the shoes and never get your money back.
