I bought a car online through email and phone from Glasgow. I received great communication given that I was not local to the garage. I've had nothing but the best experience from GC Motors. Neil Abbey was our sales executive. Neil was excellent definitely deserves 5 stars⭐ he took plenty of time explaining the whole process, had my car ready to pick up on the arranged date. Great selection of cars, friendly staff, however for me it’s not been a great experience, bought the car 21st March and chased V5C logbook after approx 5 days (maybe sooner as I was desperate to put my private plates on), sales rep told me it had been done, I contacted DVLA who advised that it had not been done electronically, so I went back to rep and he was going to chase admin, told me everything showed as being complete on the system, by this point it was nearly 14 days of having the car, I phoned up and spoke to admin (won’t mention any names) and she told me she had ‘forgot’ to do it apologised and did it immediately! I then received the logbook approx 4 days later, I needed this logbook also to order a second key from BMW….I can’t fault the service staff they paid immediately through the link sent whilst I was at BMW and the key has been ordered and I shall pick it up this week - thank you for that. The thing that bothers me most, is I was charged £250 for a semi ceramic coating interior and exterior, I was told the car would be machine polished and then the coating applied, the car wasn’t machine polished as the scratches and spider web swirls were quite bad, I took the car to a garage who actually laughed at me when I said it’s been machine polished…to be fair it was obvious as when they machined the n/s/r panel to show me, the scratches went and the colour deepened - I’ve since paid again for this process doing, yes I have challenged and voiced my opinion but all they say is yes it was done, might seem trivial £250 but when you pay it twice it does stick in your throat, personally I think they’ve charged me and ‘forgot’ to do it same as the logbook. Anyway, this is my opinion which I’m entitled to seen as I’ll clearly get nowhere with GC Motors.

The car is exactly how they described, it is immaculate and its an amazing car also.
