Very poor service I have to wait 31 days for delivery after 31days when I received my order 2 items are missing i call them they saying i have to wait 2 more week and i been keep calling customer service the lady tell me I will call you back but they never ever call back to me very very disappointed i don't recommend this company to any body very careful

"Poor customer service"

I ordered roofing sheets from build4less who use clear Amber, is there manufacturer and courier. Unfortunately, the roofing sheets are the wrong length, so wanted to exchange. I paid a delivery charge of £15 when I bought the product but they want to charge me £800 to return them. This beggars belief when I just want to exchange not a refund. The reason for such a high charge is because products are highly likely to be in unusable state when they have been returned ??? How on earth a company can charge for something that has not even happened absolutely beggars belief!! The roof sheets haven’t even been unwrapped and taken off the pallet on which they were delivered!! Appalling customer service, once they have your money you’ve had it if you have the need to deal with them any further!! Avoid like the plague.
