I ordered from this company and the main part of the order arrived in good time. Unfortunately I am still waiting for the missing item. I have sent 3 unanswered emails, made 3 phone call twice I was told I would receive a call back with a update which didn't happen and the last call I was put on hold and then cut off. The service is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional.

"Made an order on 7th of April"

Made an order on 7th of April. It says delivery in 5 working days. Month later- still nothing. Sent me text that delivery will be today from 2.45 to 18.45- took a half day off , was waiting- still nothing. And no one even called to say “ sorry we can’t make it today”. Totally disappointed
