Tobi was AMAZING! I cannot explain the pure anger and frustration I had to deal with when the billing rights were transferred to another energy provider without the OCs consent. That provider (ENGIE) was USELESS and so hard to deal with. I literally called Tobi, we spoke for 10 minutes and then went to email communciation and he sorted everything out hassel free and provided propt updates. Tobi, you are AMAZING!!! thank you so much

Went through Compare Club and they advised that I would be better off, as I have Solar Panels, with a different electricity provider.
My fingers are crossed that this is the correct choice ....... I have been changing suppliers every 6 months (or less) or so as I am either not understanding what I am told or I have not been told everything correctly - as I have solar panels, I want to make the most of them.
I hope this offer from Origin is better than other previous ones.
