Emailed a while ago to ask when they would have more stock, no response. The college tutor sent me a new link when you had more stock, still no reply. My son has done 1 day on his course and has decided its not for him, trying to find somewhere to cancel the order on your website and nothing. It is constantly getting delayed therfore the order has not been processed. How do I get a refund and cancel my order?

Terrible delays on kit. Don’t take on big clubs if you cannot fulfil orders for the youth section. Had to purchase more kit so the boys had something to start the season in!

"Dreadful, v disappointed"
The club I play with went through Puma Teamwear for our squad shirts. I paid our Secretary for this shirt and shorts and socks but now because Puma Teamwear won't restock the shirts that 15 of our other lads needed we've had to put in a complete reorder for different shirts with another company to make sure they are all the same. There is about 50 other lads in the same situation and we're not happy about it. Our secretary even offered to send them 15 blank shirts that all they would have to do is print the badges numbers etc on but they wouldn't help us out, he said its an over £2,500 order down the drain. Customer obviously doesn't matter to them.

"Can't reach customer services quickly to resolve a simple problem"
I am trying desperately to contact Puma to change a number on my son's football shirt due to an unexpected error and cannot reach anyone.
There are no working numbers to call and the Puma website just gives an integral option to email customer services to which I have received no response to date.
This is very distressing as the whole kit order is more than £150 and I don't want to receive the order (which is delayed for 5 weeks anyway 'due to exceptional demand') with the wrong details on my son's shirt which could have easily been corrected with prompt service.
It is a shame really as I am sure Puma prides itself in delivering good products in a timely fashion ... and this could all have been resolved much more quickly with better customer service contact details for a live individual on the phone, rather than waiting for an email response which may never arrive. :-(

I have tried to make contact for 3 weeks, but no one replied to any messages. Communication stops any confusion, thus stopping extra work. Please start taking to customers.

Delivery wait is far too long and changed several times. Kit size comes up small and unable to return as printed. Certain stock not available so had to pay several different delivery charges and only have half a kit.

I ordered an 11/12 for my 10 year old, hoping to last 2 seasons won't even fit my 8 year old now, waste of £70, no refund as it has a badge and number printed on it, very disappointed with it.

Have ordered three lots of kits from these end of July and one beginning of august and keep getting sorry order been delayed again. Think you should amend order despatch date when ordering so you know how long to give!! My son isn’t gonna have his kits for the start of the season absolute joke
