"Awful customer services"

Awful customer services. I have been waiting 5 days for a response but nothing yet. We where told by our team that we could return items that don’t fit but this seems not to be the case.

Not just shocking delays but at least 4 of the team have got holes in the socks and some with shorts not finished properly. Not good enough - tbh it looks like cheap crap made in sweat shops with no quality control. And distributor dodging the issue. Avoid we had Uhlsport and the stuff was much better quality - they are trashing the Puma name.

"It took two months to arrive"

It took two months to arrive, two out of the 3 items had the name printed on which i didnt want and they come up quite small so all round not good. Speaking to other people at the club they had the same problems and when they have complained have been told nothing can be done.. Poor website and was told on 3 occasions it was going to be delivered the next day and just didn't arrive

I'd like to be able to review the products but so far they have not arrived - despite ordering them several weeks ago. They seem happy to take the money and blame high demand etc on the reason why we've not had it but actions speak louder than words and until they do something we continue to wait.

Would not recommend.

Accademy shirt coming apart after one outing, the hem line is completely unravelling. Poor quality and not worth the weeks we've had to wait for delivery. Shorts have an additional badge for some strange reason and glue on the front of them.
