I ordered a pair of trainers twice (two separate orders) and both orders weren’t delivered! They appear as “attempted delivery” by Hermes on two separate days. However, I work from home and was in the flat when they allegedly attempted to deliver my parcels and we also have a concierge which always take deliveries for us in case we don’t answer the bell. So this makes no sense.
I then contacted puma 3 times via email and asked for a refund as my orders clearly weren’t delivered. They then asked me to wait 2 weeks to see if my orders would be magically be delivered before asking for the refund.
3 weeks went by and they still haven’t refunded me. I also called them and they apologised for not replying to my emails but haven’t refunded my money.
Avoid this company at all costs! This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced!

Can someone please explain how it takes 7 weeks to deliver the kit and everything else I have ordered? Yes the kit is being personalised but unless you are doing it the old fashioned way and ironing on each letter separately by a little old lady in the cellar I can't possibly see the delay... Spent nearly £300 for my sons kit and training gear for his team, oh by the way none of the team have received their kits either. These kits and every other item we in stock and available so what is the delay?
Thanks for the reply, but can imagine going forward their won't be an exceptional demand for your products as noone would of received them

The whole set up from pick tops, badges, heat transfer logo, really good and quick, the disappointing part is the length of time from ordering to receiving the kit or tops.

Shoes are poor quality with terrible stitching. I told the CS team to ask about an exchange for a non faulty product, they told me they don’t do exchanges. They did however say I could return them and they would send me a discount code to match the one I bought the shoes on (I had a coupon which had expired since I ordered the pair). They never sent me the code, so now I’m just stuck with poor quality shoes and no way of getting a replacement.
