"This company is full of scammers"
This company is full of scammers! They gave us a quote 3400 and we asked if there were any other fees we need to to prepared for, they said "No". We asked if they would be sub contracting other movers they said "No". The movers came and there were additional fees and a mandatory 10% tip. Each time we called there were additional fees we needed to pay. Our agreement was july 1-5 delivery. They arrived july 11. We paid over 7000 in total. Our packages arrived crushed and all our electronics are broken including 3 televisions and speakers amounting to 6000. Please spread the word. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

"I would do ZERO if I could"
I would do ZERO if I could. They are thieves and scammers. I was quoted a price for a move in August that was grossly underestimated. When I questioned it after being disconnected Maddison, the salesperson said it was on point. I stupidly gave a deposit and within 24 hours noted to the salesperson that I wanted it canceled and refunded. She assured me that it would be on Monday. She lied! No call and refund denied it was past "48 Hours" she stalled me.
They took $1050.63 for a deposit and service they were not even going to perform. They DENIED the refund and ignored the fact that my entire home furnishings would be held hostage for thousands more. I got caught in their scam and hope this will help others not do what I did. This is what they send as a threat when you ask them to cancel, they send this...
**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**
"If you initiate a chargeback/charge reversal with your credit card company or financial institution anytime during the cancellation request/approval process it will negatively impact the cancellation process. Subsequently, if you defame our company on the internet during the cancellation request/approval process it will negatively impact the cancellation process."
They misrepresented themselves as a carrier and misrepresented the costs they are simply unethical. I learned a major lesson, RESEARCH!

"Scammers"
Scammers, all they are is the middle man and they just want to take your money and will NOT let you cancel or change your mind. They also will NOT give back your money, they tell you one thing and do another because it is not up to them to move you.

"Don’t use This company!! SCAM"
This company is a scam. Please don’t go through them. They promised a 26 ft truck and held our move hostage when they said we could only use half the truck unless we paid them $5,000 extra. We had already paid a $5,000 deposit of the $10,000 we were quoted. Then, they asked us for cash as payment for the payment that was due upon COMPLETION of the packing and loading of the truck. We have an email from Vincent that gave a link for the second payment but these dudes wanted cash. We finally caved and said pack what they could in half the truck because we didn’t have 5 grand laying around and we would move the rest ourselves because we had to be out of our house this evening! They said no and that we had waited too long to decide. Then they hopped in their truck and drive away. They were here less than an hour!
I took pictures of the license plate, documented the plate number and called UHAUL to let them know their trucks were being used to commit fraud and UHAUL Tulsa let me know they were in the Tulsa branch earlier wanting to rent a truck because their friends were in a bind and needed help. They had an 8 hour rental. No boxes in the back of the truck and I truly believe that we would have given them money and they would have bounced no matter what.
They told us if we filed a complaint with our bank they would charge us an extra 2,000 and we would have to pay court fees for violating our contract…
I’m sick over this.

"Like other post"
Like other post, I would give United Choice Movers a Zero.
They quoted me one price and required a 50% deposit.
They were 5 hours late from their promised scheduled then increased the price 15% from their quoted price and required a Cash payment.
Then they indicated an 8AM delivery the following day.
After numerous calls to the driver and United Choice movers, they keep changing the delivery time.
Everyone was not Truthful and did not meet any time commitment they made. When they arrived 2 days later they required an additional 50% fee.
They had fraudulently filled out figures in a contract that they made my wife sign upon furniture pick up. United Choice Movers brokered the moving to " To The Moon" movers.I believe they are all involved in this racket.
It has been the worst experience I have had with any Company.
As I read through all the complaints that this company Scammed money from poor hard working people, Elderly, and our brave Vets, I wonder how they are still in business.
I would encourage someone with the ability to shut this business down and impose criminal charges to the individuals within this Company that is involved in these Scams.
Moving companies are regulated by Federal Motor Carrier. If you had a bad experience go file a complaint at FMCSA.dot.gov

"Very upset customers!"
My husband and I recently used United Choice Movers to move our belongings from Colorado to Montana. Seemed ratings were good so we chose them. What a nightmare it has been! It started out with no problems. The actual movers, Top Moving USA, LLC that showed up at our house seemed to wrap our furniture well, and took care in moving our belongs to a van to be put in storage for a couple weeks so we could prepare for them at the destination location in Montana. When the movers showed up with our items in a semi truck they were in a huge hurry to get back on the road to deliver another load to Spokane, WA. There was no way we could confirm that we had all of our items on delivery. Very odd too, that we had to pay the driver in cash. Immediately the next day, we realized many of our belongings did not make it to us. Several valuable pieces of art, and antiques were nowhere to be found. Many items were discovered to be damaged as well that we discovered. We have been in contact with United Choice Movers as well as Top Moving USA and so far we’ve just been given the runaround and no one seems to care. Communication has not been good. We are very upset and have had many sleepless nights because of this. At this point we may have to get attorney’s involved if we receive no satisfaction. If they do manage to find these items, or somehow make this entire experience right, I’ll edit my feedback to indicate this. Until then, I would never ever recommend this company to anyone and will be contacting the BBB as well as filing a police report if required.
Update: Movers are not taking any responsibility for losing items. We were finally given a number to call to file a claim. Claim was submitted today (close to a month after move) so we’ll see how this will be handled. Somehow I’m not holding my breath but will let you know how this comes out.

"Just called them asking for a quote and…"
Just called them asking for a quote and specifically asking how long I could hold that quote for. Quote was $3400, asked the question, guy said over phone if I booked it right now it would be $3000. I said I didn't want to officially book and that I was shopping around. Gave me attitude afterwards so I hung up.

"Scammers!!!"
Scammers!!!! When speaking to a sales rep he assured me since I had plenty of time to move - if my sale didn't go through they would return my deposit. Well,
the buyer lost her job and couldnt buy my house. I called United Choice and they refuse to give me back my deposit. I told them what their salesman assured me - but they said I signed a contract. I contacted my credit card company and they told me the company said I signed a contract and refused to give back my deposit. I gave them 3 months notice and I had just hired them 2 weeks before. They weren't inconvenienced in any way and didn't do any service for me at all. It was all free money for them.
WHAT LIGITIMENT COMPANY WOULD DO THAT???? THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!
SCAMMERS - An expensive $1,050 lesson on my part. What the heck happened to America!!! You are so afraid to do anything because of all these scammers.

"Complete SCAM"
Complete SCAM! This company is just a broker and NOT actual movers. Do NOT use them, as they just tell you what you want to hear, give you a horrible "estimate" and then after you pay the large deposit, the actual bill will be significantly higher. I was quoted $7,800 for a long distance move, but when the actual moving company showed up, they said the estimate was garbage and that even though my inventory of items was correct, the amount of space those items takes up was about double what United Choice had entered. They also told me it would be a full service move, but wrote "pbo" next to almost all of my items. I later found out this meant packed by owner and so it wasn't included in the price. While they noted that I had multiple TVs, mirrors, art work etc, United Choice did not include any packing or crating to secure those items. The actual moving company wouldn't take them without the packing, so that was also an additional charge. I ended up paying $13k for the move because these guys promised me full service and didn't actually include anything.
