Worst Customer service in my entire life
Pay any amount of money but stay away from those guys, they have only one interest, to take your money, I called Saturday Night at 10:30 for a move, paid 1050 down
Asked Buddy the agent, if I cancel, how much would it be, he said 20 percent.
Called to cancel dame day, Buddy said he get the manager to call me on Sunday, manager did not, I called Cancel on Sunday, spoke to Peter the Manager I need to cancel, i refused any other solution, Peter said ok, waiting for an email to confirm, nothing, I send an email to the agent singed the contract to Cancel on Sunday at 1:38 PM, no replay, I called again on Monday morning, I did not get a cancellation yet, they informed they cancelled it at their end, but I need to contact Billing, to get a refund, send an email to billing Monday at 10:30 AM , billing replied refund is denied since it is more than 48 hours!!1
email to billing is less than 36 hours from singing!!!! and email on Sunday less than 12 hours.

"Movers did a walk through via FaceTime"
Movers did a walk through via FaceTime. Gave a quote and guaranteed the price would not go up! They picked up my stuff the next day called saying I needed to pay 5,000 more than quoted. Threatened to return my stuff to the previous address if I didn’t pay. They arrived asked again for more money again and said they would take my stuff if I didn’t pay. No explanation for why the price kept going up. Just threatened then whole time. They broke 5 beds, 4 TV’s, multiple shelf units, screws missing for all items that needed to be put together. I called to file a claim, and they will not return my calls.
