"Do not use this company"
Do not use this company. They closed my business account for no reason given to me. When asked about the funds in my relay card they said it will be mailed to me. Iam so dissapointed.

"Don't use Relay for International Wire. Very Unreliable"
Relay is very unreliable bank for international banking. We used to receive international wires without any issues but recently most of international wires are failing. Our customer's are unable to send us payments and their banks are reporting failed international wire transfer. We are embarrassed.
To add to our woes the customer service has no idea and what is going on. One of the wire from customer in Dominican Republic was returned on pre-text of restricted country. The customer support [Selena] sent a list of restricted countries form which wires cannot be accepted. I don't see Dominican Republic listed here. How did it fail.
In second instance one of our regular customer in UAE who was sending wires with no issues suddenly had issues. His bank in UAE (one of the most renowned banks) tried to wire twice and failed every time. When I saw prohibited list today, it seems UAE is also part of the list. If it was part of the list how were they able to wire successfully before. Even today when I write this review, one of the other customer in UAE was able to wire successfully. My question is if UAE is part of prohibited list how one customer's wire comes through while other is not. THIS IS A JOKE. It seems they should consider changing their FX partner Cloudcurrency which is creating such mess.

Llevo dos años usando este banco para una empresa LLC en Estados Unidos. Su servicio es siempre de primer nivel. Jamás he tenido ningún problema. Recientemente perdí el acceso a mi teléfono móvil y tuve que contactarles para restablecer el acceso a mi cuenta. Su atención ha sido impecable y rapidísima a pesar de que mi nivel de inglés no es muy bueno la persona que me ha atendido (Gem) se ha esforzado mucho para poder entenderme. He quedado totalmente impresionado. Sin duda este banco es muy recomendable y su servicio de atención al cliente está a años luz de cualquier otro banco.
