The set up and Interface is comparable to the other banks. The app is a little pushy with them wanting to do push notifications and there is no way of opting out of that. My main reason for my 1 star rating is the hold on funds. I totally get that they say 5 business days and because of president's day, they held my funds for a total of 10 days. it wasn't available until the afternoon of the 10th day. It's nobodies problem, but they originally said it would be settled that Monday and wound up settling Wednesday afternoon which delayed my ability to purchase materials for a job. I then had to fund my account with personal money, AGAIN. Which now means to be reimbursed, it becomes owner's draw which i will have to claim and pay tax on, again, lol. Now to the reason I signed up... as a new business, I signed up to get the $150 referral bonus. I was eligible in January and called at the end of February to find out where my money was. That was a Wednesday. They said they had reached out to the marketing team and would get back to me. I never heard back, called Thursday and Friday and they said I would have $100 deposited by the end of business on Friday. I told them the promo was $150 and had a screen shot thankfully, but that money didn't hit until end of business Monday. I couldn't get away from these guys fast enough. As a contractor, I finance a lot of work and I need to know and rely on when my money is available so that i can plan my schedule accordingly. I was super thankful to get away from these guys and go to PNC. They hold funds for 1 to 2 days, have a better app, and had a much better referral program as well. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. I also would not be surprised to hear of these guys folding in the near future because I don't know how you can do business like that and keep customers. It was so worth the extra effort of switching all of my bill payments from this bank to the other.

Relay was able to get my business banking structure up and ready within a couple of days. They setup was easy and any questions I had was handled by customer support team in a timely fashion.

This a financial software tailored to small businesses: easy (but has quirks) multiple bank accounts and receipt tracking accounting features. If you call their phone number, the first option is for transactions canceled or returned. Thread Bank and the software is ultimately very weak on transactions.

Attended a webinar designed to assist business owners becoming familiar with what Relay has to offer. The presenter, Simrah was engaging and knew her subject very well. She kept the pace snappy and was confident with her responses. Relay has much to offer busy business people needing assistance keeping finances separated into categories using some unique systems. So far, seems like a great bank.
