I had several challenges initially with Relay. All were caused by me. After many times of failure to login, I contacted Relay bank. My experience is beyond comprehensible as my troubleshooters gave me multiple tasks to accomplish and write down, then email them back so they were able to work on my sheet of music. Yes this took a few back and forth emails with a final positive outcome. I can now login and be part of the Relay experience and family.

Please, please understand this company is only nice until someone hacks your account. I wouldn’t wish this experience that I am having on my own enemy. It’s sickening to know you can’t trust your money in a financial institution. Your money is not protected and it’s very easy for someone to fraudulently make transactions in your account and God forbid they do, Relay will freeze your account and close it. They don’t care that you’re without your funds. The response that Relay gives on here is not even real. It’s AI generated.

Do not put your money in this facility. Someone fraudulently took thousands of dollars out of my account within minutes. They did not protect my money. I’m the one that caught it and froze the card. They now froze my account holding onto my money while I am without my own funds and they did not even protect the money when it was there. Whenever I call, they treat me like crap. They will not let me speak to a supervisor and they hang up the phone when I allow my number to show. I made a complaint to the FDIC.. warning, your money is not protected. I had to edit my original complaint because the reply is legitimately generated by AI and not even genuine and when I make further complaints about this company, they actually told the CFPB that it was ruled out in not in my favor by Visa investigation which is actually false so they reply before the investigation was even done with false information. How is this place still in business and how is this legal to bluntly lie like that????

Originally, I had some issues setting up my business account because I had a virtual office. I finally spoke to someone that let me know I could use my Registered Agent verification. I was told I may have to delete my original submission and start all over but Bianca helped me and got everything taken care of in a few hours!! I’m so happy with the outcome because this was really stressing me out at first. Thank you Bianca for all of your help!!

My issue turned out to be a problem in the programming of the Relay website. The support people kept working on this in spite of several attempts that did not solve the problem. They were successful after several attempted fixes.

I had a problem adding a login to the account, and the agent solved my problem in less than three minutes! She's a godsend!
