I'm currently on the phone with Relay and their foreign-based customer support. I can't understand most of what this lady is saying. And she is continuously interrupting me while I'm trying to ask a question. And the few answers that I did get, did not address my questions. I finally just hung up on them. I'll get my business account elsewhere. If this is their service when trying to open an account. I can only imagine the nightmare if there's a problem with the account.

Relay is a blessing for my business. Their no fees, automation and convenience is next level. I don have to pay for ACH, I can set up accounts as I choose, order cards, add team members and more. They make tasks that would require an inconvenient trip to the bank a quick 5 minute or less process. The only downside is that there is no way to deposit cash into my account.
