"Clear and easy instruction, really useful"

The training was really clear and easy to understand. The booking form was simple, and with a useful email reminder beforehand.
Such a useful session, giving you the basics to remember. First Aid is always something that you really hope to never need, but if you ever do, you really want to know what to do, quickly and remember with a clear head! Thank you Rick for the great session, I feel more confident now if I ever need the skills.
