Matthew Donnelly gave an hour's presentation on CPR and how to use a defibrillator to our walking group. The presentation was very well received by our members and this was due to the professional approach adopted by Matt. He also made the subject very entertaining and kept the audience with him throughout his talk. I would highly recommend Cookson First Aid to any organisation needing first aid training.

Myself and the team had Mental Health training, perfect timing with being mental health week. The team was very moved by the training and made us think of people that we may have not understood before, and how we could help others. The training was engaging and delivered perfectly. I would recommend for all businesses!!!

"Cookson First Aid - First Class"

After using the same company for years for first aid, it was a breath of fresh air to have Cookson First Aid come and deliver basic life support to our staff. The organisation as a whole were super organised and efficient and the interactive training was fun which kept staff really interested. We will continue to use Cookson First Aid for our yearly updates and would recommend to any organisation looking for first aid training. Super friendly and professional team.

The instructor (Ric) was brilliant, he made it so entertaining and the group learnt a lot.

We still can't access the certificates, and we have emailed. This is after it took a while to get the certificates, only for them to be unavailable.

Edit : replying to your response, no you haven’t emailed us twice, you emailed us a month late with the certificates that we can’t access. I emailed you the same day I put this review up and I’m yet to get a response. I have emailed you again and I hope to get a response soon. :)

The whole experience was very good. Felt very comfortable while learning. A much friendlier learning environment as it was in house. Our trainer was very knowledgeable and included own experience examples which was extra helpful.

"Cookson first aid training for schools"

Cookson first aid delivered free first aid training to all our KS2 pupils which has helped our children have more confidence if they encounter a first aid incident and helped us meet the requirements of the curriculum.

We have since used them to do our First Aid at Work requalification for 3 staff and the price was very competitive, but more importantly staff report that the trainer was knowledgeable, engaging and made it relevant to their roles in school. We will be using them again for our training.
