"Richie - great session"

Richie recently delivered a course for a group of Rangers (Girlguiding) aged 14-17. He pitched it at just the right level for them and kept their attention throughout the session by keeping it interesting and allowing them to be very hands-on.
Lots of interesting issues also raised by him in the context of giving first aid in our current society and protecting yourself as a priority too.
We would love to have another session from him in the future. Thank you

"Excellent Taster Session"

Cookson First Aid and instructor Matt came to deliver a taster session for our members with a learning disability and their family members. It was delivered at just the right level and the guys loved it! We are going to be running many more of these!

A brilliant session, professionally given and very informative. Everything was well set out and I have had many comments of how useful the course was.
I run a business holding baby and toddler classes, and these sessions are so essential for parents, to help them know what to do in an emergency.
I look forward to working with Cookson First Aid more in the future and bringing more of these free first aid sessions to parents in my area.

"Ritchie was so inclusive "

Ritchie was super patient, he worked hard to adapt the materials for parents whose first language is not English. He explained the information at a level and pace and checked out understanding. parents loved the delivery and the practicality of the session. This will hopefully help responses to emergency situations be more appropriate and will enable parents to be more confident.

Matt delivered a fantastic First Aid Training for babies and children at our charity for children with special needs. Matt was super friendly and the training was very useful for the parents and myself, there was lots of opportunities to ask questions too.

First Aid in Sport - The trainers were able to communicate really well with 16-18 year old students. They were knowledgeable and friendly and made the course interesting. The students gained valuable life skills from this course and it also was in-depth enough for them to apply this to their studies

Matthew did amazing at delivering the Adult BLS & AED and also the Child & Baby BLS session. It was very informative, and he answered any questions and queries which we had with ease. The session was engaging and were looking forward to taking part in more training with this company!
