"Ric was a great first aid instructor"

Ric was a great first aid instructor, as a first time mum I was keen to learn how to keep my baby safe during a choking or unconscious situation and Ric demonstrated this clearly during the session. As this session was carried out at my local sure start centre, I was able to bring my baby along, making it flexible and accommodating. As well as baby first aid, I also learnt about adult first aid and how to use a defibrillator. The session was concise, informative and overall welcoming to first aid first timers.

This was a fantastic session. The instructors were extremely articulate, passionate, and cared deeply about their domain. They were kind and supportive and gave us realistic examples that were easy to understand. A really inspiring session.

The instructor Ric, gave professional first aid training in a way which made everyone who attended feel very comfortable.
Ric also delivered the course with plenty of humour which helped put everyone at ease too.
We had people who had never done any kind of first aid training and they said they were pleased to have learnt some life saving skills.
