We had our kitchen makeover one year ago.

The copper handles are already discoloured, the corner cupboard door hinge has broken, the boiling water tap is leaking, lights fitted do not turn on any more and today a drawer front came off.

I have tried to contact John from the branch who cover Greenwich and no response.

I would be wary of using this company

"Kevin - Twickenham franchise highly recommend"

I just had my kitchen made over through Kevin at Kitchen Makeovers Twickenham branch.

Kevin was amazing from start to finish. He was really helpful and patient when I was choosing everything I wanted from his extensive choice of doors, colours, worktops, splashbacks, kitchen appliances etc.

Week 1 was floor tiling which was done by his tiler Adam. Adam was SO tidy and he was meticulous in his work and a total perfectionist. He truly loves his work and takes pride in it.

The following week was the replacement of a few kitchen units that had been ruined from a leak and the replacement of the worktops, doors, sink and Splashback.

Despite the fact that there were lots of additional issues uncovered as the kitchen was taken apart (plumbing needing to be moved and electrical issues), between Kevin and his team, got everything done pretty much within the original timeframe of a week. No idea how they managed this at it seemed like an impossible task to me.

I can't speak for the other kitchen makeover branches but I highly recommend using Kevin at the twickenham franchise.

He is meticulous, patient, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, skilled and generally an all round great guy. And his team are also fantastic.
