Yash was always responsive and positive and although we did not finally take up an offer to buy from the PBC we were always in contact and had the asurance that if we failed to sell our house in the timeframe that we had set ourselves that the offer was there.

Contacted this company as we were struggling to sell my late father’s property. We dealt with Yash who gave a fair offer and offered lots of good advice. We did not feel pressured at all and were encouraged to take our time to consider his offer. Luckily an offer came in just as we were about to sign up with TPBC. Yash seemed genuinely pleased for us and told us to contact him should we need any advice.
He was polite and helpful at all times and an asset to the company

Communication was OK at beginning of process and has degenerated to nothing for the last month. After 6 phone calls and 1 email today (26/03/25) they have finally admitted that leasehold properties are a problem and do not have the cash available to proceed with buying our property at the moment. They have not offered an explanation for their lack of written and verbal communication......... Update to 2 stars because a director of the company has telephoned and emailed us today(27/03/25) .......
update (10/04/2025) , the purchase of our property is not proceeding 27 days after the deadline in our contract (14/03/2025)

Unfortunately have to put on hold temporarily but will be in contact again in due course as consider an excellent outfit to deal with.

Very poor communication and responsiveness after the initial contact and offer.
The original offer (which was at a level expected of this kind of transaction) subsequently decreased below what was an acceptable level after a survey / valuation, which is fine as these things happen,(although one may suggest this was always going to happen once they had you on the hook with an acceptable offer) but the communication, speed and very poor responsiveness to my calls and messages was really not to an acceptable level. Adding a charge to my property title in their name despite never agreeing a sale was also concerning, even if normal this was never explained as something that would happen..they did remove this when I finally got to speak to someone after several calls, messages and email.
Their cash purchase was not from readily available funds, rather from cash 'they have access to if certain criteria is met' not quite the same thing but, again, this may be normal but wasn't explained to a layman like me.
Overall, a poor experience that started reasonably well. They do seem a genuine group of people and a genuine company but the industry and tactics is something everyone needs to be wary of.

Really poor in every way, particularly communication. Messages left, calls made, no responses received. Last review was removed so I have left another which certainly does not breach any rules - just like before! Will keep checking that it is still shown this time as they seem to think they can abuse the flagging tool even when a review is genuine and can be proven!
