When I called up, I spoke with Rebecca, who was really helpful and provided me with all the info I was after. It’s always great when a business has staff that help to simplify an otherwise complicated process!

I am in the process of selling a property and spoke to Amy at Property Buying Company as my sale had stalled.

Amy was very professional, took my property details and then explained how PBC operate. She was honest and confirmed that they typically offer 80% of the market value but, explained that their figure includes valuation, sales and solicitors fees.

In the end, I didn’t do business with PBC because within 24 hours of withdrawing my property from sale, the buyers offered to exchange and complete with 2 weeks. It would have taken at least that long to complete the sale with PBC plus, I had already contracted with the agents and solicitors and so I will not on this occasion, be using the services of PBC.

However, having spoken to Amy, I would consider using the services of PBC for future property sales.

He was a completely open book and made me an offer that was more than fair, explaining the process of sale very thoroughly and all the steps required. I would recommend using The Property Buying Company to anybody as they offer fair prices and all the advice/ help that anybody could need. Even after my dealings were finished, Yash offered any knowledge that he might have and even gave me his contact details if I ever needed advice in the future. Thank you!
