"Long story short "

Long story short , I can’t waste any more of my time .
The CEO personally approached me to offer to buy two flats from me even though I had a buyer for one of them with only a few weeks to completion , he said it was all or nothing, so I cancelled my original buyer and obviously lost his trust . He then agreed the sale price after I spoke to a property manager with my concerns that the deal would be changed at the last moment and he assured me that the top man has said yes to the deal. They then appointed solicitors and then 3 weeks later changed the price and offered their pool of investors. Waste of time

The night before we were expecting to simultaneously exchange and complete, TPBC decided to reduce their offer by more than 10%. We had the original offer in writing and nothing had changed with our property. I still don’t understand why they did this.
We had committed to the property we were buying, to moving companies etc. and so this left us in a terrible position financially. Initially apologetic, “A” (commercial director?) completely ghosted us. “C” (financial director?) who brought documents to be signed seemed to know nothing about this but promised to look into it and get back to us. Haven’t heard anything from him since. “C” (property consultant?) who I had previously felt was efficient and proactive, has ignored us too. Still feel sick and so sad thinking about it. We will never recoup the money we had to find at short notice.
Awful experience. Proceed with extreme caution.

Grant was very helpful when we spoke. I now have a much better idea of what to expect when/if we proceed. Some of the reviews are however concerning so i will be doing a lot more digging over the next weeks. Nice guy though

"My time wasted and a threat"

I was called back in an attempt to rectify an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, it seems as I suspected (although though everyone deserves a second chance) this company only cared about their name and not to actually help me in regards to my house sale or my experience. I will definitely not be dealing with them again. Please don't bother calling me again as I wont bother speaking to anyone this time. Edit- I have decided to just block your numbers to avoid multiple spam calls. I feel minimum of 2 months of my time has been wasted and no sale in sight.
