"Outstanding customer service and tech support experience on top of trouble-free hosting"

We have used Insynq for the past 11 months to host our QuickBooks program and file. The service was glitch-free until two days ago when I suddenly could not access the file. Needless to say, this occurred at about 9:30pm EST on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. I quickly called the company, only to find that the offices had closed 30 minutes earlier at 6pm PST. I sent an email to our account manager and several others at Insynq, and immediately got an out-of-office message from our account manager that provided a number for after-hours tech support. I called and quickly was able to speak to someone who was clearly in the US and knowledgable rather than half-a-world away and not, and who resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Meanwhile, based on my email, others at the company were already mobilizing to try and help until I sent another message saying they could stand down. This was my first experience with the company's customer service, but it is evident from the many communications surrounding this incident that Insynq has developed a culture of providing outstanding service. Kudos to the team!

As the owner of a small CPA firm with employees who telecommute, I grew weary of frequently troubleshooting computer problems for employees and having all around productivity and efficiency impeded as a result. We began to look for a cloud-based desktop solution that would host Quickbooks.

We considered a number of companies and ultimately decided on a 14-day trial with InSynq. Our sales rep, Erick Packer, was patient, thorough, and available throughout the process. Since going live and fully integrating our network into the platform, InSynq has been service-focused and generally accommodating. However, technical support is hit or miss in terms of varying degrees of competence between agents and in response time.

Perhaps the most important key in considering a virtual desktop solution is to manage your expectations. Control shifts from your office to the service provider's. The downside here is that it inhibits flexibility in terms of applications and modifications. The upside is that the host protects us from ourselves by keeping the server clean and maintenance-free.

If you need a robust array of applications, InSynq is probably not the ideal solution. However, if you basically need the MS Office suite and one or two other primary applications, their product is a huge win. Having a dedicated server was an important feature that is standard with InSynq (and not all similar providers). File sharing is also seamless.
