I was against this new server from the get go and was considering scrapping the entire program. John reassured me that we'd be pleased, and he delivered. Additionally I'm using a MAC and he assisted me through the installation of items that had nothing to do with his scope of work!

Can't beat this service. The only way to go for our small company. Provides the benefit of an icloud server that allows access to our programs any place, any time. No longer have to struggle with IT issues, Insynq has amazing customer service 7 days/week. Peace of mind with affordable pricing.

Hello,

It is possible my experience with InsynQ is singular however I'm glad InsynQ has reached out for customer feedback.
InsynQ is a great way to raise your bloodpressure when working on critical work projects. As a cloud desktop tool, navigating folders browsers and documents was as far from smooth, seamless and effortless as I've ever seen on any user experience on a PC in my short life.

Often times the cloud desktop would crash and have to be restarted, sometimes while composing work. Its possible the cloud desktop was not applied correctly to the expected demand on our company use.

Security on the cloud desktop was dismal. monthly , on average, viruses would delete all desktop files and direct you to a site for retrieval. Asking InsynQ to resolve the issue and back up the information was tedious, delayed and often would result in lost critical data. Moments like these would bring work productivity to a complete standstill.

I hope others experiences of Insynq were more positive.
