"Recent issue with printing"
I was having an issue printing to Adobe Acrobat DC and I had tried several options before calling.
While there was a short wait, the person who answered could not have been more patient and willing to help locate the issue.
After trying several other options, she recommended closing Quickbooks, logging out of Insynq, logging back into Insynq, and Quickbooks. Whatever the issue with the spooler was, it had resolved itself once we had logged back in.

Total rip off!!! Remote desktop pure disaster, every time I need to work with it, I have to contact support! Incredibly slow! Sales, accounting and support telling you different stories and trying to charge account after I asked to close it!!!
Would give negative 5 stars if possible!!!
Never use it again and will not recommend to anybody!!!

I've been with iNSYNQ since 2014 and though I was a bit nervous about going to the cloud it was definitely the right decision. Yes, there have been very occasional service outages but those have been brief and they have always recovered quite quickly. To balance that, I have IT type of issues and if I want to upgrade to a newer version of my program all I have to do is call in. Completely worth it!
