If I could give them zero stars I would. There service is spotty and in 2018 they were down for the last two weeks of tax season and just to bad for accountants. Now this month my bill doubled with no notice they said they sent an email but we never got one. When I called about my bill this guy tells me that he has had calls all morning cause customer are saying they never got emails and he was actually brought into the company mid February to handle this because the company knew it would happen. From $660 a month to $1078.84 with no notice that prices were changing. He told me he is in charge and there will be no credits that is my bill he was sorry we didn't get notice but it is what it is.

I have to constantly inform iNSYNQ to update my accounting software (Sage 50 Accounting). Then it takes iNSYNQ a month to do so.
