You literally have to fight for every bit of cashback. Some service providers like Just Eat NEVER track and they ignore complaint after complaint about it. When they do bother to reply to complaints they copy and paste answers that make no sense whatsoever to the query. This month they haven't paid my £18 subs back on the monthly bonus. They replied and said it was paid weeks ago. Well guess what? They didn't pay it. It's not been logged as a transaction on my Complete Savings account and it's not been paid to my bank. I used CS years ago and they were hard work then. Now it feels like they are set up to just take everything for themselves in whatever way they can.

They have been taking my money for a subscription I never explicitly subscribed for. Even if this was accidental on my behalf even though I don’t ever recall seeing anything in relation to this company prior to this it’s definitely unprofessional to not state the expected fees or hold any sort of communication line via email to show the proof of the subscription.
The website itself looks dodgy and it seems I’m not the only experiencing this so they definitely need to get shut down

Scam, no rewards and even not possible to claim monthly bonus. AVOID those bastards!
Do not reply anymore. This is scam like I already wrote. Declined monthly bonus ? Because of what ? Receipt sent, all done and what ? Declined. Once again - do not reply, I will not waste my time to deal with that scam.

Genuine savings of a minimum of 10% on lots of major websites, plus the Monthly bonus of £15 offsets the monthly membership of £15, so it's a no-brainer to join!!!
