Signed up via a third party be complete accident. On contacting my bank they confirm that this company are known to them, they deal with hundreds of customers everyday who have been scammed by them and has been pulling this trick for a long time. They get around giving refunds by saying there's something in the small print. I simply bought some masking tape online from Toolstation for £2.49. Then a month later I was billed £18 by these scammers for doing absolutely nothing. Fortunately my bank have put a block on them taking any future payments and are going to claw my money back for me . Even the service discount they off is absolute rubbish because you can get better discount directly from the retailers. I actually have a blue light card which offers real direct discount. They do proactively challenge all negative reviews and request negative reviews because removed by trust pilot. I would warn anyone who is offered discount at the point of sale to check what you click. I will also never buy anything from the retailer who allows them access to their customers.

I have been using Complete Savings since July 2024, and my experience has been very positive. I primarily utilize the program for ASDA groceries and other retailers like Trainline, Trip.com, Temu, Millets, Travelodge, Wayfair, Deliveroo, AliExpress UK, H&M, Lastminute, Just Eat, Sports Direct, and eBay.

The membership fee is £18 per month, but I get this refunded by providing my ASDA grocery receipts, making it essentially free for me. Additionally, I received a £20 welcome bonus when I joined.

So far, my total earnings have been £188.01, including the refunded subscription fee. The cashback and discounts offered have made my regular shopping much more economical, and I find the process straightforward and reliable.

For frequent shoppers, especially those who shop across various retailers, Complete Savings is an excellent program that delivers genuine value.
