"Shocking company"

Shocking company. Takes about 3 to 4 weeks to get cashback. when I go through there site to shop the amount they show I spent is always different for my receipt and I have to ring up to correct it and that takes another week.

Tricked into what i thought was a free sign up when I purchased some boots on tool station. As I paid there was a pop up with this company and an offer of a scheme through tool station. For signing up and excepting emails they offered money off the next time I buy something from toolstation. But. What it really is is subscription that offers you 10% or 12% off instore cash back from obscure restaurants that they charge you £18 a month for! Unbeknownst to me they had my card details because of the payment to tool station. I saw the theft by chance whilst reading through my statements. They're legal but barely it's all in the wording. They're a trickster company. I wonder how many thousands of pounds they've received this way. Google them you'll see lots of others saying the same thing.

I, chose Complete savings because I use Ocado nd Asda regularly but the limitations on my number of purchases is incorrect. I organize large parties for foundation organisations hence these savings mean a lot to me.

"Absolute Scammers"

They are absolute scamming bastards. They make you sign up for a subscription, without you knowing. Then charge £18 a month. Once you find out and cancel, it is quite tricky, as customer service is awful. However, the kicker is that if you cancel, it will wait for your next payment installation, to cancel. I hate this company, don't fall for it.

Complied wirh purchases and they refused to pay the sign up offer. Waste of time. Avoid!

I recently started using complete savings. initially it took a little time to get to understand how it works, but once done, it has been very easy to use. The saving have been very good so far and I have had good email support for a few queries. I would recommend using this site for good savings on a wide range of commonly used shopping websites.

"Unstable payment system"

I joined the programme for more than 1 year and everything is good. I have to pay a monthly membership fee but the reward I received more than that.
However, the system started to be unstable since November. I am not able to buy the discounted One4All gift card any more. I have tried all methods that CS mentioned but all did not work. I am now thinking to withdraw the programme now.

Update: I have sent out all details to the email shown below. But unfortunately I did not receive any feedback. There is only 10 days left to buy the discounted giftcard. It's worthless to pay GBP 18 monthly membership fee if the system is not yet fixed.

I am in field sales and travel a lot. Complete Savings helped me to earn cashback on my travels without increasing my spendings. Also, now I spend less time doing the necessary bookings and expense reports with Expedia or Hotels.com.
