I agree with the 'Zak Sanderson' who rated this company, i had the same problem last year, but i went to my bank and told them and got the police involved with it. i soon got my £18 a month back, really dissatisfied. And in your silly little replies you say what you do, and we KNOW what you do and you can take our money without us knowing, but they don't want a bad name you see. but to me, it looks like you've got one!
