"Complete scam"

Complete scam. Made an account and cot the monthly bonus and a sign up bonus. £40 altogether. I requested it to be sent to my bank account. They said it was sent. I sent them bank statement as proof and they stopped contact with me. I called and emailed daily and they would ignore my emails and tell me on the phone that finance is sending the payment. A week later, hundreds of pounds went from my bank account. A week after another 100 went. I've never had problens before now. All of a sudden these people have my account information and money is being taken from my account

After reading the copy and paste response I can say, they have still not sent me the payments they owe me which is the welcome reward and the monthly reward. They have told me over the phone admin are dealing with it (same response as the other 7 calls I've made). So yes still out of pocket and no rewards have been payed to me. They won't be taking any more money from my account as I've reported fraud with the screen shots of emails and phone logs. Financial ombudsman are now investigating.

Seems a reasonable service. Trying to use it was less so. Purchases made via the link on their site didn’t show up, despite their claim that this can be tracked. Following these up was a faff and one got knocked back. Not impressed at all.

Since joining just over a year ago I've earned over £1000. it's easy as it records automatically and the money is being transferred to your acount without requesting. very good customer service too 👏 👌

I was pleasantly surprised to receive the cash back on my first purchase. However I was extremely disappointed that the cash back from in store purchases was so low that the £18 per month fee would have left me out of pocket

The company rely on you forgetting to claim your monthly bonus. You used to be able to check that they had paid you but they have recently made it more difficult by not listing payments made more than 3 months ago. When questioned about this they have so far avoided giving me the information, simply listing the last 3 months even when specifically asked only about months prior to that. If you remember to check every month that they have paid you it can earn you money.
Update: Since posting this review they have contacted me and sent me a list of monthly bonus payments that I requested.
