Firstly didn't believe it was possible to buy the mandatory 2 qualifying purchases on the same day, so had to resubmit more evidence. Finally confirmed the purchases qualify for the refund amount, three weeks on still no sign of the money being credited to me & they want to charge you a massive monthly fee that pretty makes it all worthless anyway
