However, I must acknowledge that their support team is good. They gladly accepted my request to cancel the membership with immediate affect and return the payment. Awaiting refund of payment now. Will update my comments when payment is received.

Τoday, after 3 years of unauthorized monthly withdrawals from my account without my consent, I received for the first time from my bank a message asking if I would like to continue paying a subscription to this crap company.
However, I have NEVER given my consent or any subscribe in this company.
Since:
1- I have never and nowhere given my consent in writing for 15 pounds to be deducted from my account every month since March 2022 until today.
2- I don't know when, how and why this monthly THEFT of my money started from my bank account WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION AND WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
3- From January 2023 until October 2024 I WAS NOT LIVING IN THE UK AT ALL, I WAS CONTINUOUSLY IN MY OWN COUNTRY and yet the THEFT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BY THEM, continued as usual.
Stolen 495 pounds in total. Please, take some action against these thieves who through fraudulent, insidious marketing tactics that are not clear, steal from the world. They should go to jail.

Why doesn't trading standards investigate this company?? I will be making a formal complain. Didn't signed for any membership and they have been taking £18 a month from my bank account every month! This is a money grab company with no moral. Be careful which websites you visit!

I've been using Complete Savings for 2 years now and am very happy with the service. Customer services respond to emails quickly and the website is much better now compared to when I joined, and claiming the monthly bonus is much easier. I thought it was a bit of a gimmick at first, but I wouldn't be without it now.
