"Some things to be aware of - Overall its worth trying"

Overall the benefits of this website outweigh the negatives but there are some things you should be aware of. Sometimes they miscalculate your order price (excluding VAT) therefore affects the cashback you receive so it can be worth checking when you make any purchase through them. I've had to correct complete savings on an order I made and had I not paid attention to the purchase/cashback details, it would have been ignored and I wouldn't have received the full cashback amount.

The 10% cashback is like most where its on the unit price not the overall price (including vat/service charges) etc keep that in mind

You get a monthly bonus for £18 with your selected retailer. You need to make a purchase with your selected retailer each month then attach the order confirmation which basically pays for your complete savings subscription just remember to do it every month so you don't end up paying the £18. Currently there's a Maximum limit £250.00 per month of the cashback you can receive

Overall, you will be saving money with this website if you use it properly (monthly bonus and using the links to the retailers directly on their website) so it can track your purchases.

Sometimes the cashback is more than the default 10% which is another positive especially if its with one of your favourite retailers/brands. They do have a lot of retailers on their website too so your not too restricted.

There's room for improvement, its not intuitive and the website can be awkward to work with. There isn't an app so everything has to be done via their website.

One more noticeable criticism is that they tend to take too long to respond to queries/issues even though it says 5 days, I've waited weeks for a response from the customer service a few times which is frustrating and you can sometimes end up waiting weeks for the actual cashback to appear in your account

"Remembering to login is key"

Remembering to use the site and log in, and search for the site you wish to use.. on there and go from there, can be a 'doh' moment..but after few month, you start to remember.

Issues i have, is not every purchase actually gets linked, so there are many times ive having to go back and check if payments were recorded and gone thru, and alot of times having to forward emails of proof of receipts... few times i had forgotton, and where, so missed out... so now if ive remembered to use the website and go from there, il note it down somewhere if ive made a purchase. Then once its gone thru at there end, i can delete it.... even tho that can be a pain, this site has actually been quite helpful and obv if remembering to use, the £18 monthly fee is paid for from you getting money back and bonus..you get more after that.

To start with, i wasnt so sure about this, and the monthly price just seemed so high for me. But its been better than expected.. if only it had use with amazon on there, it would then be 5 stars!! Lol.

Only about 50% track. (Ebay is 100% though). Decide how much your time is worth. The relentless chasing here is however far much more beneficial than Quidco and Topcashback!! (Folk moan about the monthly fee...No! That is very clearly stated!)

I would've gave 5 stars if it didn't take so long between upload receipt processing and actual transfer of the cash. Uploading is easy and the option and variety of shops is decent so I'd say if u sped up getting the cash out it would be 5 stars
