Excellent for small purchases, however when you make a larger purchase and even though it's recoded on your account, you'll be asked to provide various evidence to confirm the purchase. I was not able to provide this because what was purchased does not include all the information needed.
However with smaller purchases, no issues at all!

Apparently joined this when on Amazon - sure I didn't sign up but on checking my bank account they have taken £18 from me ! Got in touch and they have cancelled my m/ship but I've still lost the money it seems - beware!

"Signed up by accident"
Signed up without knowing. Completely my fault, as they require so much information to consent to the membership and they DO make it clear you will be charged.
Even so, customer service was top notch and made the cancellation process so easy, they also reassured me no further payments will be taken from my account and never made me feel like it was my fault (although it was).
Shoutout to Jan and Mary, you made my experience with Complete Savings an absolute breeze!!

"FRAUD"
I ordered from lookfantastic today and after payment it says something like getting 20% cash back and all that and it automatically signed me up without me realising until I suddenly got curious and checked my email.
THEY SAID I'VE JOINED THEIR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AND WILL BE TAKING MONEY AFTER DEC 29, THANKFULLY I'VE REQUESTED TO CANCEL

Had money taken out of my account. Followed this up when I noticed as in had not signed up. Gave all my information as requested to be told I did not have an account which I already knew. No further action has been taken to recover my lose funds. Financial ombudsman informed and will have this investigated further.

The latest response from CS to me in response to my missive to Monsieur Renaud Guerin gives credence to many of the issues I have raised in my previous reviews. Firstly they try to teach me how to ensure my purchases are tracked when my problem is that they are fully tracked but reported back with a slightly different purchase amount - how can that happen? And before they tell me the merchant may deduct taxes and delivery charges etc that does not explain a difference of 1p. Secondly they say they do not know who I am and that is because I never get a response from the same person twice to my frequent communications and which is even more surprising because I often copy Mary into my correspondence. I realise that English will not be their native language but they often choose the wrong pre written script to answer my question or simply repeat the same pre written answer to the question I was asking in the first place. And finally they always sign off by telling me to get in touch if I need any help by either of two choices but only give the one option. I realise that they are trying to be polite but it would be a help to them if their scripts were correctly compiled and in some cases were correctly chosen to be relevant.
Having said all that I would like to express my overall opinion that CS is not a scam and cash back rewards are generous and genuine but the computer system is deficient and causes needless problems which the CS customer services team are unable to handle to the level that is required either in respect of understanding or resolution.
