Bad experience , thought I was getting a free trial and then the option to unsubscribe , but they just took 21. 81.€ from my revolution account without any notification.

I am not sure how this company started taking money off my account. I know nothing about complete savings, but I know they are taking £18 out of my bank account and have done so for ten months!!! I want them to stop taking my money. And I want to see the contract I signed to allow them to take money out my account!! What am I suppose to get for the £180 they have already taken?

I've been using them for quite awhile, all 2024 and some of 2023. I have noticed that they have been paying me really random amounts of cashback for over a year now, some alot less than the 10%!! When I complained about it I was told to send them my email order confirmations, but was unable to as deleted them thinking I wouldn't need them anymore. Thinking I was being paid correctly. Asda refused to resend all the emails for my orders so I'm stuck now and can't get the cashback I'm owed. Don't waste your time and energy!!

Signed up with them a couple of days ago but they are trying to get out of paying promised welcome reward and monthly bonus. I sent them order confirmation email but they are claiming it’s the same order I used to sign up with them when clearly the order confirmation email shows that order was placed few hours after I signed up with them. Time wasting
Edit: paid after sending the same proof showing purchase time again. Which would be not needed if they checked the first time.

I was abit weary at first as I'm new to this site and thought it to good to be true but it's 100% legitimate the cashback does actually go into your bank account I'm very happy and will be telling others about the site
