"Con Artists..."

Con Artists.... Pay you cashback then take it back off you giving NO REASON other than "we rely on 3rd parties" "the order may have been returned or you have not followed any special conditions"

All smoke & mirrors. No actual answers as to WHY it is being refused/taken back, NO transparency. No explanations. Getting to the point where Trading Standards need informing.

All they have to do is explain The Reason WHY not fob you off.

'Scam'company in my opinion, they offer cashback on a pop up using the personal details from the website you have just bought from or make it look like you are confirming details for your original order. All the replies to previous complaint reviews from conplete savings say you have to manually put your details in are not true in my case, they copy from the website you are in. First you know about it, if you miss the email or it goes to spam is the money coming out of your account, again details that they have got through sophistry. I recommend you ignore any cashback pop up and and regard any website that allows this 3rd party pop-up with suspicion for allowing such a dodgy practice. Most trustworthy companies get you to confirm a subscription through an email link, but not this one. If you get caught out just tell your bank it was unauthorised and they will refund you.

Follow up -
Guess what? the standard reply, I dare say automated by now it is rolled out so often. Strangely I am reluctant to give more personal information to a 'scam' company. Simple fix for all this is to add a confirmation link to the joining email like all good companies do. The fact they don't, proves they rely on a percentage of people mistakenly signing up by clicking that one button (really too much review evidence to suggest it is always several boxes).

I don't know this company but I constantly see them trying to take direct debit from my account. I don't even have a clue of who they are and what they do and every time they continue coming into my account to take £18.
After every 5 day space they keep coming to try and collect money from my account. Between 25th November and 20th December they have made 6 attempts on my bank account.
Never signed any mandate with them. That's unacceptable and bad business ethics to say the least.

They just took £18 out of my account whilst signing up to this website they did not write that £18 out will be charged a month. Please I want my refund now please. Absolute scammers.

Update: they put my account on hold and refused to pay me for no reason. This company is getting more and more scammy.

I signed up after making a purchase to claim some money back. I was then told I needed to make another purchase with the same site to actually get the money back. So I did, but as my receipt didn’t include my total, I couldn’t get any money back again. Complete waste of time and the customer service was no help at all after multiple emails, so I just decided to cancel.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this site deserves one! It’s an excellent platform where you can earn a lot of cashback when shopping online. They also offer gift cards with up to 10% off for almost every popular brand. I’ve really enjoyed using this website and have already taken full advantage of its benefits. Highly recommend!

"Charged £18 without me knowing"

I have no idea how I signed up to this scam. They charged me £18 out of the blue. Why was this not clear when I signed up? (which I don't remember ever doing)
