"Scam/Fraudulent Company"

Scam/Fraudulent Company. Auto renewed $10,000.00 on our credit card from a contract 3 years ago (2022) without getting authorization. They claim we didn't "cancel" in time, but never notified us of the credit card charge. DO NOT use them! There product is ok (not great), but there are so many better/cost effective options available. You've been warned!

Terrible after sales care. It takes days for an e-mail to be answered, and when they do, it does not resolve the issue.
Do not buy Samsara if you have an ageing fleet, the hardware & software is not compatible.

We've been with Samsara for over three years, when I did the original business case for a telematics system Samsara was discounted due to price, however, after a year of appalling service from a different supplier, we went with Samsara, after a year, the savings on our insurance premium paid for the service. Customer service is excellent, their feature set is fantastic, the API documentation is superb. Nothing else to say really, excellent product, excellent service, good value for money.
