"Late and incorrect vehicle "

I had booked three different pickups for 14 people with 14 pieces of luggage and the first one was fine but the second pick up we did not get a sprinter. We got a dodge van and four of the passengers had to sit on others laps, as well as the driver being 20 min late.

Our driver Rogerio was great! He sent a text prior to his arrival and very professional. I definitely will book with them again.

"Not as advertised"

I paid for a ride from the airport to my hotel. The car and ride were fine, but the pick-up was far from how it was described on the website and in emails.

Fastpass says "MEET YOUR DRIVER AT YOUR DESTINATION. OUR DRIVER WILL BE READY TO MEET & GREET YOU UPON YOUR ARRIVAL TERMINAL BAGGAGE CLAIM (WITH A PLATE W/ YOUR NAME)."

Nobody met me at the baggage claim, and there was nobody with a plate with my name.

I had to text the driver my location when I picked up my luggage and then go wait out in front for a curbside pickup.

It was nothing like what was advertised. It was basically just an Uber with a different name. The driver was fine. I blame the company for advertising a service not provided.

"Orlando Pickup Not For Faint of Heart"

Orlando pickup difficult for driver and causes confusion because driver suggested pick up area not allowed by airport.
After driver told to return to authorized Terminal C pickup area, waiting for driver to arrive is difficult since driver has difficult finding passenger in crowd and cannot park as security keeps cars moving. It’s a mess.

I booked a Premium SUV and paid extra money for it and with a picture of a Tahoe when it was booked only to be picked up by a Toyota HRV which is absolutely not a "Premium SUV". Steer clear of this company, bait and switch.
