Communication was one of the best I have encountered. I received quick responses and was extremely impressed with the friendly manner in which they accepted changes to my schedule. Drivers (to and from airport) coordinated with me the day before and the day of pickup and were early both times and very friendly. We had a private bus for 10 and it was clean and comfortable. They had exact car seats requested. I could not be more happy and highly recommend them!

After my confirmation, I rec’d communication from my driver. He informed me he will be in a mini van, the only problem is a reserved a premium SUV. I reached out to discuss and they told me all SUV’s were booked so they upgraded me to a mini van. Based on their pre booking price that is not an upgrade, very disappointing when you ask for a specific vehicle because that’s what’s best for your family and they take it in the hands to modify it without contacting you.
