My driver was 30 minutes late when we started walking to our destination. We had an appointment. The driver was still 10 minutes out to get us. 40 minutes late is unacceptable. When you book a ride weeks in advance, the driver should certainly know the traffic conditions on weekends.

My driver sent me a text the day before, introducing herself, and asking were I wanted to meet after my flight landed. Since I had never flown into MCO, I ask her to park and meet me at baggage claims.

Valeria text me in the baggage claim area, we connected and she helped me get my bags to the car. The drive was uneventful, just the way I like it. I felt safe in her car and she is an excellent driver.

We chatted on the way to my hotel and she helped me with my bags when we got there.

All thing considered, the service was excellent, I highly recommend the service and I will definitely use the service again.
