"Driver was so late"

Driver was so late, we had to send part of our family on a taxi so they wouldn’t miss their flight. We had reserved a car seat that was not used, because of that. The rest of our party just barely had enough time to get through security at the airport due to us being so late.

Wilson was awesome. Arrived at airport exactly as he told us and gave great directions to find him. On the way back to airport our flight details changed and he adapted and dropped us at two different terminals. Very professional and accommodating.
