Reservation process and follow up were great. Orlando my driver was courteous. Vehicle was clean inside and out. Ride from airport to cruise port was uneventful which was good. They met my expectation including a bottle of water. Did receive a text a day later requesting tolls payment or loss of license but I think that was a scam. Forwarded pic of text to verify but haven't heard back from GFP.
