Impossible to contact by phone. Emails not answered. Problems and concerns went unanswered. Finally gave up as time was running out and contacted the driver who fortunately owned the vehicle company that was contracted by GoFastPass. GoFast....All you need to do to make your company great is answer the phone. The van and drivers were super.

"They didn’t show up! "

They didn’t show up at the airport! I called and texted and the guy finally told me that his other customer was late and he wouldn’t be able to make it! He said I should just cancel. Someone who answered his phone (sounded like his wife) was very casual about the whole thing. I’ve never had such bad service from a car service company. We ended up waiting around for him and then had to get an Uber. Don’t use this company!
