I asked the agent to provide me quotes for a one-way business class and then a separate quote for economy class with Qatar Airways so I could fly with others in the group.
I decided to take the economy fair with QA since the business class fare was unbelievably expensive.
I did not price check this fare since I was already working with a consolidator company. I accepted the fair that was quoted and then checked on QA website and found the fair cheaper than what this agent had charged me. And what really burns is he charged me over $100 for a service fee.
I contacted the agent who made the booking and he made no concession ignoring further emails with no replies. (See review left at sitejabber.com)
Postings on the internet tell you to be careful when considering using a consolidator airfare company and I certainly agree after this incident.
There are plenty of good consolidator companies out there but I will never do business with Business Class Consolidator in the future.

The initial sale was great, but the airline made some changes to the itinerary. We weren't able to change our flights (although the airline sent us a message saying we could) to a better time. Pretty frustrated with that.

She was always available and returned both phone and emails promptly. She provided great customer service.
