It is very easy and pleasant doing transactions with BCC. The agent that I worked with (Alex Natt) was very responsive and “on it“! I used to not like booking thru agents, I used to do the bookings myself, but after my experience with BCC, I always contact them first.

Lisa Ray from BC Consolidators is quite amazing. We had an issue with our ticket this past December, for some reason the ticket had a PNR but not a eTicket number. Was told at the check in counter that I wouldn't be able to fly, and Lisa managed to get me a new eTicket on another flight which was leaving an hour later. Mistakes do happen, but it's how one deals with them is what differentiates one from the other. Lisa Ray came through and will always be the person I would reach out to help us book our tickets.

Return trip was altered, you may remember, to fly sjd-dfw-mdt vice sjd-dfw-clt-mdt. The updated flight left sjd at a later time. AS it turned out - dfw closes their tsr precheck line at 1900 every night. Our arrival at 18:30 then immigration and customs said we were in the general tsa line along with a half mile of our closest friends since they dump incoming pax outside security when passing thru immigration. Recommend try to avoid this at dfw. I also bitched to AA since they 'own' dfw. We got to our flight after the door was closed and they opened it back up again.
