"I Finally Won the Refund Battle"

Update: After first contacting FlyHugz on December 1, 2024 about returning two travel pillows for a refund, I finally received my refund on February 4, 2025. Getting them to respond to my repeated attempts to contact them ONLY happened after I posted reviews on Trustpilot, so thank you Trustpilot. Evidently, someone at FlyHugz is reading them even though they aren't answering their phones to provide customer service. I did file a complaint with the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection in January. Although I finally received my refund, I'm hoping an investigation will be conducted into their false claims and promises.

"I ordered the anti theft cross body bag…"

I ordered the anti theft cross body bag on 1/21/25. I received a thank you email for my order and a day later it was in transit, and the same as someone else, unable to track my order. I have emailed support 3 times and called the number on my order. I have heard NOTHING! I am very disappointed as I was so sure this company was legitimate and trustworthy. It is now 2/8/25, and no correspondence.

"Never received"

Never received, never got a refund. Just flat out ignored. Ordered on January 1, 2025 and it's Feb 7, nothing. They turned off the tracking while it said in transit and Sat in transit. Wouldn't supply the US tracking info only the Chinese crap which told me nothing but in transit. I emailed and called I don't know how many times with zero response. This company is in China it's called Rise and Expand and pure thieves with total disregard to customers. High reviews are most likely fraudulent like the company is. Don't be fooled like I was, do your diligence before buying anything from these crooks.

"FlyHugz Customer Satisfaction and Support is Just Another Scam!"

I ordered online and received a FlyHugz pillow promptly. I knew immediately it did not fit my neck and would not be a satisfactory travel pillow. I have emailed the company via its support department on the website 5 times and I have not received a response. Their website states their support department is available 24/7 and a response is guaranteed within 24 hours. They also guarantee 100% satisfaction or return and full refund if notified within 60 days of purchase.

"Do they have anyone working there????"

I have been trying to contact them for almost 2 months by emails and phone calls (at least 10 messages) with absolutely no response. I wanted to return my order as I did not receive what was pictured. Their website claims you have 60 days to return but they won't accept it back without contacting them and getting an authorization. I now have about 4 days left and am extremely upset. It's really a shame because the pillows are great and I would have liked to get more of them (I thought that's what I ordered) but not after spending way too much money on just eye masks and earphones I didn't really need. The picture showed a pillow was included and wording is very misleading.

"FLYHUGZ….dont expect a hug"

First, I’m a true believer of giving someone the benefit of the doubt, in this case it would be company. Flyhugz, advertising customer service 24/7…..LIE!!! I have left voicemails, asked for assistance on the site and even emailed Flyhugz. John Kilp is simply out to take your money, being the supposed entrepreneur he’d like you to believe. BEWARE!!!!! Company is a bunch of BULLSHIT! I am awaiting my package that more than likely will never come. And….i fell for the raving reviews which are probably made up!!! Never, ever, have I freely given money to a company and not receive said product. Luckily PayPal is really being my pal and disputing the charge. If you are looking to get scammed and throw your money at a company without receiving product….this is the company for you. What a joke for promoting on CBS Mornings. Be sure to check out my comment/review with CBS Mornings. Get your popcorn ready, as Flyhugz will keep you in suspense just like a horrible movie!!!!

"Ordered one neck pillow, they charged two"

I ordered only one neck pillow, but for some reason, two showed up on my order. I immediately emailed them both through the email address provided and on their site, requesting the cancellation of the 2nd neck pillow. I have emailed 5 times since the order. But I have not received any reply at all. Only an email confirming shipment, but through what looks like a phoney site. And still with two neck pillows. It is a scam!! I want confirmation of the cancellation of the full order. I am no longer interested in receiving any of their products. Please cancle Order #233066.

"Very poor communication"

Went to purchase 2 pillows at which was advertised at 68 dollars. I noticed after checking out that I was actually charged 78 which I should have double checked.
I have followed up with the company three times now and still have no reply on correcting this.
