I am writing a 2nd review as Hugz responded saying they offered to re-ship or give me a refund! BUT THEY DID NOT DO EITHER ONE! My only way to get my refund was by going to PayPal and requesting a dispute with this company. PayPal was great and I just received the refund, through no help from Rise & Expand, the company that makes the Hugz pillows! I just feel compelled to create this review again, as they totally lied to me, and to you by saying they offered me a fix! They offered it, but never followed through, after many further emails to them! I wasted so much time on this, but I truly was NOT going to let them get away with taking my hard earned money! Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Just sayin’!

Customer support is totally non-existent. I ordered and finally received 3 pillows, 2 eye masks, and 2 ear plug in December. I have tried the ear plugs at home, and they are not satisfactory and I want to get a refund. I have sent at least 5 emails and called at least 4 times and no response. I have included my order # (188718) and no one responds. The company has a refund policy for any reason up to 60 days but if they won't respond, how do you get a refund?
I am ready to call my credit card and get them involved in this fraudulent company. I will wait a couple of days and see if anyone from the company responds to this review, and then I will proceed with seeing what can be done with the credit card company which is either overwhelmed or a fraud.

I ordered FlyHugz in December, received an email on 12/28/24 that it was on its way. My credit card was charged 12/23. Never received item as of 2/10/25. Received email 2/3/25 asking me to review product! Sent 3 emails and have been totally ghosted! Order #189257. What do I need to do to get a response!!!
