"Item never received, no response from customer service"
I placed an order for three neck pillows and eye masks on December 14, through Shopify. I then added their "First Class Package" as a pop-up add-on to the order. The billing is on my credit card ($160.43), but I never received any tracking information or updates. I reached out through e-mail three times, and tried to call on their listed phone number but no one answered and there was no way to leave a VM. These were Xmas gifts and it was disappointing not to get them as we travel internationally every year. I would never order from this company again, and was really looking forward to them as great and useful gifts.

"Received wrong product"
Received order very quickly. However, what I received is not what I ordered. In fact, I can’t even find this block-shaped thing in their advertising. I have send numerous e-mails and left phone messages pertaining to return and refund directions but have had no responses for 3 weeks. Feeling like I’ve been scammed.
They have ignored 6 written requests, and 3 phone requests for a return and refund. Now they need another, duplicate e-mail to customer support??? That level of incompetence is astounding!

Do not purchase this neck pillow - no response & no delivery.
This company is a scam. I ordered this neck pillow on Nov 29th and besides receiving an automated email on Dec 6th stating my pillow is on it's way, no responses have been made to my multiple emails enquiring about delivery.
It also does not state that the price is in USD until the payment is completed.
If you look at all the 5 star reviews, they are all from accounts which have only done one single review.

"My order was placed on Dec 9th - and still nothing"
My order was placed on Dec. 9th and today is Jan. 3rd The tracking says the parcel has been "in transit" in Chicago since Dec. 22nd and still no delivery to Evanston, Il. I have emailed/phoned yet NO REPLY. Today's voicemail message was: If I don't hear back from someone/receive the parcel I shall contact my credit card company and report a fraudulent transaction. This site poses itself as being in the USA but it's actually out of China.

I ordered my Pillow and ear plugs on 5th Dec and almost a month later, haven’t received them yet. My order has been stuck at the same transport facility since 16th Dec, which I don’t understand. I have already sent multiple emails to Fly Hugz and nothing…no customer service. So disappointing, it looks like another scam.

I ordered a travel pillow on December 9th. I received a confirmation email and my account was charged, but I never received the item. I contacted customer service three times with no response and now the emails are being returned with a send error. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company and will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Horrible company!
